Hi, I’m Colleen.

I’m an ex-Deloitte leader who founded Growth, Inc.

Here’s a little bit about me, and why I built this company.

I didn’t learn how to influence cross-functional teams—or get Fortune 500 executives DM’ing me on Instagram to hire me—by sitting through a long, expensive program.

I learned it the hard way: testing tactics in real time, in high-stakes situations. When something worked, I never forgot it. (Those tactics are why you’re still reading this page.)

Over time, I packaged those lessons into workshops and tested them with real people. My proudest career accomplishments aren’t titles or promotions—they’re the transformations I’ve seen in others.

Before launching Growth, Inc. full time, I spent more than a decade at Deloitte—building multimillion-dollar practices, creating the firm’s Talent Experience & Engagement capability, and helping Fortune 500 clients improve culture, connection, and performance.

But the impact I was creating in just a few hours a week through Growth, Inc. was undeniable. What started as a side project has grown into a platform that:

  • Reaches millions organically every month

  • Supports a 60K+ strong community of growth-minded professionals

  • Partners with organizations like Duke Health, Constellation Energy, Arizona State University, General Mills, and Bank of America

Here’s what I believe: modern leadership is a communication challenge. Titles don’t guarantee influence anymore. If you want leaders who inspire action, build trust across differences, and create workplaces people actually want to stay in—you need a new playbook.

That’s what Growth, Inc. delivers.

We cut through outdated models with scrappy, research-backed workshops—like our flagship session, How to Talk So People Will Listen. These aren’t long retreats or binders full of theory. They’re practical, human, and designed to stick.

If you’re ready to equip your people with the skills they actually need today—let’s work together.
